This is our standard Laser Cladding Machine, which combines the precise positioning capabilities of a Laser Marking Machine.  It features five-axis linkage with X-Y-Z axis travel, rotation, and tilting, suitable for Laser Cladding, build-up welding, and hardening of metal workpieces up to 800×400×400 mm. It can also function as an "Other" type of Marking Machine, directly applying permanent markings such as serial numbers and QR codes onto the cladding layer. Laser cladding uses the high instantaneous energy of a laser to melt and deposit metal powder onto the target workpiece, forming a dense metal layer that can replace traditional processes such as chrome plating for rust prevention.  By using welding materials such as tin, it can also perform large-width build-up welding that is difficult to achieve with conventional laser welding machines. When not using metal powder, the equipment can switch to hardening mode, using high-energy lasers to perform surface heat treatment on metal alloys such as steel, causing carbon atoms to precipitate from deep within the workpiece and accumulate near the surface, resulting in a dark gray appearance and increased hardness—this is laser hardening.
